RETURN ELIGIBILITY

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • All original labels, manuals, and accessories must be included.

  • Returns are accepted only with proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).

  • Certain products, such as custom-made items, special orders, clearance products, or consumables, may not be eligible for return.

RETURN PROCESS

  1. Submit a return request: contact our customer service team at [your email or phone] within 15 days of receiving your order.

  2. Approval & instructions: once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed return instructions and the return address.

  3. Ship the item: return the item using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.

  4. Inspection & refund: after inspection, approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange for a prompt replacement or refund at no extra cost.
